Just saw and enjoyed your first episode of the season about bowls and spoons. I am curious to know what the finish was that you used. Thanks for your most interesting shows. ~ Ted Caniff

Glad you enjoyed the show! The special finish is called block oil. It is a natural, renewable penetrating oil. Very similar to mineral oil except it never will go rancid. Another finish for food contact is Salad Bowl Finish. Both work great. Thanks for watching American Woodshop! ~ Scott
