Breathe On Me, Breath Of God, a
WBGU-PBS production, chronicles the Bowling Green (Ohio) Senior High School Madrigal Singers' "Good Will Tour" of the Soviet Union.

Singing against the backdrop of
Lithuania's secession from the Soviet Union, the Madrigal Singers took a musical journey
to schools, theaters and churches in Leningrad, Estonia, Latvia and Moscow for two weeks in April 1990. A WBGU-PBS crew
accompanied the singers through Eastern Europe; Breathe On Me, Breath Of God is the result of that tour.

During their tour of the Soviet Union, the students witnessed first-hand Eastern Europe's political advances toward freedom. Breathe On Me, Breath Of God
uses the students' music to highlight their experiences during this intense period
in Soviet history.

"These middle American kids who only knew about Eastern Europe from
television, magazines and newspapers had an incredible three-dimensional experience," the program's producer, Shawn Brady, said.

"People often like to share with their friends photos from their various travels to somehow share the wonder of their experiences. Breathe On Me, Breath Of God is a video scrapbook of many of the Madrigals' experiences in the Soviet Union,"
Brady added.
