Mercer County Fair - Fair Tour 2006

Come check out the Mercer fair this weekend where you'll see a variety of vendors, merchants and animals. Enjoy the food and many events! Narrated by Cathy Pratt and Pat Fitzgerald (GM of WBGU), they interview: Scott Riffel (Mercer County Fair Manager), the king and queen of the fair, Jerry Laffin (Mercer County Commissioner), Paul German (30 year concessionaire), and Sheri Niekamp (Mercer County 2005 Jr. Fair Queen) who talks about all the 4-H and FFA events at the fair. You'll see why as Jerry Laffin mentions that Mercer county ".. is God's country!" The attractions are many and the weather is going to be great so enjoy it and be sure to check out the "tractor pull!"
